The problem
Lawyers at a legal-tech startup in the UAE spent hours reading long contracts in Arabic and English to find risky clauses, while general-purpose chatbots answered legal questions with confidence and no source.
What we built
Lawyers upload contracts, and the system reads hundreds of pages, flags risky clauses and answers questions in plain language, taking every answer from the documents themselves. It runs on retrieval-augmented generation, so each answer shows where it came from. On top: automatic memorandum drafting and a search that finds relevant case law and regulations. Built end to end, from architecture and retrieval to the LLM pipeline and deployment.
Result
The startup went from an idea to a working MVP that reads real contracts. The CEO rated the work 5.0 on Upwork.
