What's NOT in the $250: full redesigns after launch, custom web apps, payment integrations, or a custom CMS - those get a separate quote.

No catch. This is intro pricing while we're building the agency's reputation. The process and quality are the same as on bigger projects - we're pricing accessibly right now because case studies and referrals matter more to us than margin. The price goes up as the portfolio grows, so if you're hesitating, this is the affordable window.

The domain is in your name from day one - that part is yours. The code and design files stay with us, you use the site through the subscription - that's the standard model for turnkey landings. If you ever want to move to another team, we hand over everything: the repo, design files, deploy credentials. No vendor lock-in - just no point loading you up with a codebase you don't need day-to-day.

Then we talk first. Custom builds need scoping - we ask a lot of questions about your users, what you're actually trying to do, what already exists. Then a written scope doc with price and timeline lands before any code. For bigger projects we often build a free POC so you can see it work before committing.

For the $250 tier: 3 days of build, starting the day after full payment lands. 100% upfront, no 50/50 splits at that price point. Short contract, you pay, we start. For bigger custom projects: usually 50% upfront / 50% on delivery, terms negotiable. Payment via ФОП invoice - wire transfer to a Ukrainian business account, works for B2B accounting in most jurisdictions.

Sites we build run with health checks and alerting - we get notified the moment anything goes down, usually before you notice. The $15/mo subscription is more than just hosting: it covers uptime monitoring, small text and image updates, occasional new pages, quarterly SEO health checks (Search Console + structured data + indexing), monthly automated backups, analytics setup (GA4 or Plausible), Google Business Profile setup and management for local businesses, and direct email/Telegram support. While you're on subscription the site stays up and small things are included. If you decide to host elsewhere later, we hand over the code and design and you take it from there. Full redesigns or major new features get a separate quote.

Whatever you have. Logo, copy, references, photos, a Pinterest board, or just a sentence about what you want. If you have a vision, share it. If you don't, we'll ask the questions that pull it out. The more you give us upfront, the faster we move. Brand assets we can't generate - your existing logo, real photos of your team or product - you need to provide.
