The problem
Turning a written script into a finished short documentary episode for TikTok and Reels meant a chain of separate tools and manual editing for every line, shot and caption.
What we built
A production pipeline splits each episode into beats and builds them: AI narration, generated stills and motion shots, a lip-synced host, music, sound effects and word-synced captions, assembled with FFmpeg. The client runs the whole studio by talking to Claude through a custom MCP server with 79 tools: write and edit episodes, re-record a line, swap a shot, render a full season in parallel and check spend, with no interface to learn. Every render gets a cost estimate before money is spent and 7 automated content checks after.
Result
The client goes from script to finished episode without opening a video editor and knows what a render costs before paying for it.
